"In September I was fortunate enough to enjoy a small holiday at Miranda and Giles’ farm. I have been riding for two and a half years, mostly in Beijing ( British Show jumping & Equestrian
training) and I had been making plans for some time to come to southern Spain and ride a Spanish horse. I flew from Beijing to Barcelona and then onto Malaga. The farm had arranged a free car
pick-up service, very convenient and I didn’t have to worry about anything :)The owners (Giles & Miranda) keep the farm very well and it is a nice and comfortable place. The history of the farm
is relatively long, originally built in 1834 as a mill, the traditional special style has also been kept so well. So live the real experience and enjoy the beauty and comfort of the south. In
Beijing life is every day in a hurry compared to the life here, which is really comfortable ah!
The next step is to talk about the horses here. The well-known legend of the Andalusian horse, beautiful with a gentle personality, trained to take care of the owner, which can be seen from the
eyes of the horse - they live a very happy and balanced life here. In fact, this is one of the reasons why I finally chose Miranda and Giles’ farm. I was fortunate to be partnered with the
beautiful Savannah, she was a particularly kind horse, with golden mane, soft eyes, lady-like paces, love at first sight for me 😊.
Every day a new trip was arranged by the owners, a variety of routes, covering different scenery and terrain, from the mountains into the water, passing through scenery straight out of the
travel magazines – what an experience. Every day after returning to the farm, we chatted around the table, enjoying a fresh lunch prepared by the owner, and then during the afternoons we would
be lounging in the sun, reading a novel, spending a good week. Great days and time went too fast. In a blink of an eye seven days passed, I must go back here next spring for another riding holiday!"
