The rider (and/ or non-rider)- by booking a holiday directly with us - is/are bound by these Terms and Conditions;
Horse riding is a high risk sport. Each rider attending this holiday does so at their own risk;
Each rider should be capable of riding a horse competently at walk, rising trot and canter with an independent seat, over variable terrain and in an outdoor environment. You should be a regular rider with a minimum of 2 years recent regular riding;
You should have a good standard of health and fitness and any injuries or diseases should be fully disclosed before booking;
The holiday provider reserves the right to alter the riding itinerary due to changing circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, rider's ability...) ;
Each rider's body weight cannot be in excess of 80 kilos;
Each rider is responsible for providing their own riding equipment including their own well fitting hard hat complying with
European standards;
Each client attending this holiday must provide their own travel and medical insurance cover suitable for this riding holiday;
Each client must have a holiday cancellation insurance in the event that you cannot start or complete your holiday;
All deposit payments are non-refundable and if you cancel your holiday with less than six weeks prior notice to the start of the holiday, all payments are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee);
In the event that you cannot partake in this holiday, it is not allowed to pass this holiday on to third parties;
No refunds will be made to clients whose riding ability or general behaviour puts the safety or welfare of themselves, other clients, third parties or our horses at risk. Neither will refunds be made to any client who is unable to complete the holiday for reasons of health or fitness.
Any client whose behaviour is beyond the bounds of normality will be required to leave the holiday and the premises;
