Who are we?

Miranda

Miranda is from the Netherlands. She grew up in the south of the Netherlands and horses have been a life long passion - she fell in love with the Spanish horse from a young age and has many years of experience with them. Miranda had a career in the tourism industry and lived and worked in the USA for a number of years before moving to Spain in 1996 where she met Giles, they married in Malaga in 1999 and the rest is history ! Miranda is fluent in English, Dutch, German and Spanish.

Giles

Giles grew up in North-Yorkshire in the UK, where he spent a lot of his childhood at the local stables. He has a great passion for the Spanish horse and has spent over 20 years working and living with these magnificent horses in Andalucia. Giles has also completed an Equine Management education and has been running his own ranch together with Miranda since 2000. Giles holds a Higher National Certificate in Equine Management (awarded with distinction) and is a qualified and registered BHS Ride Leader. Giles speaks English and Spanish, he is a member of the Andalucian Equestrian Federation and is active on the local Spanish equestrian scene.........

Both Miranda and Giles are passionate horse lovers (and animal lovers in general - you will also find dogs and cats here !)with many years of experience of owning, riding and training horses. Being long time residents of this part of Spain, they know the local countryside well, with all its folklore and the traditions of Andalucia, a place full of the living heritage of the Spanish horse. Your hosts and their horses will do their utmost to give you a holiday which you will always remember with special affection.
